Drawing
Import Image: load a JPEG/PNG (CCTV screenshot, site photo) as a base layer, then annotate straight on top of it with Text Label, Leader Arrow, Dimension etc. It moves/resizes like any other object, and is included when you Save Drawing or Export JPEG.
Drag a symbol onto the plan, or click it to drop it in the centre.
Line: click-drag a plain straight line.
Pipe: click-drag a run, then type the diameter. Uses the current colour swatch.
Flow Arrow: click-drag along a pipe to drop a small triangle at the midpoint, pointing in the direction you dragged, in the current colour — use it to mark flow direction.
Ellipse: click-drag like Rectangle.
Arc: click a start point, click an end point, then click a third point to bulge the curve through it. Esc cancels.
Property Line: click each corner in turn; click near your start point (or press Enter/double-click) to finish.
Bulge Wall: click-drag directly on a straight segment of a Property Line to pull it into a curve — useful for bay windows or curved boundaries. Drag again on the same segment to reshape it.
Dimension: click-drag between two points, then type the measurement — it's not auto-calculated, you set it.
Leader Arrow: click-drag from where the note sits to the feature it points at, then type the label.
Colour: pick a swatch before drawing a Line, Text Label, Leader Arrow, Ellipse, Arc or Dimension, or select an existing one and click a swatch to recolour it.
Size: same idea, for Text Label / Leader Arrow / Dimension text.
Esc always jumps back to the Select tool (and cancels any Property Line / Arc in progress).
Right-click an item for a menu: Copy, Paste, Delete, and layer order (Bring to Front / Forward, Send Backward / to Back). Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V also work.
Page size: Small / Medium / Large resizes the working area — handy for a smaller job or a tablet screen. Existing items don't move; anything outside the new page edge just won't appear in exports.
Export Selected: select one or more items (right-click one, or drag a selection box), then use the toolbar button or the right-click menu to export just those items as a cropped JPEG — no need to crop the image afterwards.
Grid lines are never included in any export — full page or selected.
Save Drawing downloads an editable project file you can reopen later with Open Drawing. Export JPEG is a separate, flattened image for reports — it can't be edited again.
